I had the pleasure of being S+A’s Coral Gables Wedding Photographer for their wedding at the luxurious Biltmore Hotel. The details of their wedding were impeccable. From the bride’s stunning lace gown, to the soft whites, creams and pinks of the bouquets and arrangements, romance was written in every element.

Happiness was present in leaps and bounds! You could genuinely feel the joy this couple’s family felt for them on their big day. They had so much support, love and laughter surrounding them. The flower girl and ring bearer were also just too precious for words. You never know what you’ll get with kids, but they almost always guarantee a few cute photographs.

Weddings are just as much about family as they are the couple in some respects. After all, a new marriage represents the future of the family- a continuation of what has been into what will be. So many beautiful moments happen as people come together to celebrate. Sometimes it’s with the family we were given, and sometimes it’s with the family we’ve created. No matter who makes up your village, it’s such an opportunity to share as these connections and these memories are made. Ceremonies are pure, raw emotion. There’s vulnerability in the exchange of the vows that really hits us in our core, and a celebration in the reception that helps release the emotions and refuel our joy.
