Taylor and Eric were married on in the spring, with a ceremony at St. Sebastian Church and a reception at the Ritz Carlton in Fort Lauderdale.
You could say this has been a long time coming for the two of them. Taylor and Eric have known each other since they were 13 years old! I could see that in the way they interact with each other; their friendship and love has only grown stronger over the years.
Taylor started out the day by sharing a champagne toast with her bridesmaids—which is, of course, the best way to start a wedding—before she put on her stunning Monique Lhuillier gown. She also wanted to have a private first look with her family before the wedding itself, and I was more than happy to oblige. I have to say: her adorable twin brothers completely stole the show not only during the first look but during the wedding itself as they walked down the aisle in their tuxedos.
Eric and Taylor had decided not to see each other before the wedding, and I’m glad they did, because Eric had the most emotional, beautiful reaction to seeing Taylor walking down the aisle at the St. Sebastian Church. He was honestly holding back tears as he saw her.
After they were pronounced husband and wife, they were greeted with cheers and flower petals from the bridal party as they exited the church. I loved the garden flower décor—it mixed perfectly with the modern lighting and the gorgeous white dance floor. Add to that a confetti cannon, laser light swords, and a mariachi band to honor Eric’s heritage, and this was the ultimate party!
Eric & Taylor, thank you for asking me to be part of your epic wedding. I had a blast with you and your amazing families.
